Does anyone want to do a quilt block exchange again? If so what would you like to see as a theme for it? I would love to do one but want to see what others thoughts are on it before starting one up. Would go by the same rules as what Angel011977 posted for her quilt block exhange dated july 28, 2009 so we dont confuse anyone(but im open to any suggestions)

*I would like to see a deadline of the end of January 2010 if that seems reasonable to complete it by

My personal thoughts on what to do...I seen a beautiful "daisy" themed one(which requires 12+people to make a 12inch block and then include 2 small blocks of fabric they used form the design) -OR- "hearts" (which you can only use red, white, black and darker pinks, This one is more for a smaller group like 6 or so) Again these are just my thought im open to any ideas right now!

Calarista,
An exchange sounds nice and the daisy theme is the perfect thing to be working on during winter gloom, but with 100% handmade Christmas, I'm still knitting away and will be until next week. I don't think there's enough time between now and the end of january for me to get the squares done.
(I still have angels squares to get assembled, yet!)

I might be interested in it too. Just can't even think straight or commit to anything til after the holidays are over. I like the daisy themed one too!! maybe see how many are interested, but hold off sign ups til the first of the year?

I might be interested in one, but not sure about which theme. A xmas one would be good, cause those prints are out now. I also have a pattern that only takes 3 or 4 different materials and doesn't look difficult at all. It might be fun for everyone to make the same pattern in their choice of materials. Maybe the end of Feb. would be a more realistic date though.

I also still have the ones we did with Angel last year just sitting there, not put together yet.

We could probably start one after we're all done with the holidays. We just need more time to get them finished, Calarista, cause no one will start them till all the decorations are put away, etc.
