off 40 Heirloom tomato plants, we harvest 75-80 pounds every two days, from the last of July till the killing frost...they will be a week later this year, so the harvest will be smaller.
The tomato variety differs too in regards to harvest amounts.
Heirlooms tend to be less productive...but WAY better tasting tomatoes.

may be your location, And
elevation does play a role
In Missouri Cukes were very productive, here in Minnesota, a little better than your results Krisi, but much less than where it is an average 80-90 for extended periods...even larger harvests of cukes were raised at my Uncles farm in Arkansas
